Secure payment
All payments made on the Jobek.fr website are simple and secure.
The payment step is mandatory before validating your order. You can access it once you have selected your delivery method.
Payment in instalments is currently unavailable on our site.
The amount of each order is expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and includes the total amount of the products added to your basket, plus any delivery charges.
By credit card and/or with 3D-SECURE authentication
Payment by credit card is secured by the Caisse d'Epargne solution, in compliance with French interbank regulations.
This reduces the risk of fraud and identity theft, and provides a reassuring, secure payment process for our Internet users.
When you pay online, you will be automatically redirected to the bank's server via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transaction.
The 3D-Secure protocol (also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) gives you enhanced protection for your online purchases, thanks to an authentication system.
After validating your bank details, a 3D-Secure window managed by your bank will appear. Entering an authentication code, specific to each bank (date of birth, code received by SMS, etc.), will verify that you are the cardholder of the card used for payment. Your payment will be validated and your transaction finalized after confirmation from the bank.
Please note: check when you place your order that you can receive the authentication SMS.
Your credit card details are only stored in the Caisse d'Epargne databases.
Your banking information is confidential and inaccessible to us (no reception/recording or storage possible).
Refunds
In the case of a refund, you will be credited to the bank account associated with the card used for payment. Depending on your payment method, the credit will appear within 14 working days for an immediate debit card, and under the same conditions as the usual debits for a deferred debit card.
