What is the JobekCord?

JOBEKCORD is a synthetic fibre developed exclusively for Jobek that combines the comfort of cotton with the many advantages of a technologically advanced fibre:

  • better resistance to UV rays,
  • antimicrobial tissue,
  • ease of maintenance,
  • very fast drying thanks to a water retention rate of less than 0.01%.

How do I clean my hammock?

Like every garden seat, cushion or mattress, your hammock must be cleaned. To do this, simply use soapy water, rinse it well and let it dry in the open air.

How do I maintain my metal or wood support?

Our supports must be cleaned with soapy water. If possible, we recommend storing them in a dry and temperate place during winter.

I can't put my hammock on my stand!

It is a shame not to be able to fix your hammock on your stand and enjoy it right away. Don't worry, it is often just a mistake on the assembly. We recommend that you mount the support in its entirety without tightening the screws completely (this will allow you to have a little flexibility), fix your hammock and then tighten the screws completely

What is the warranty period for Jobek products?

All our hammocks and hangers are guaranteed for 5 years, our supports for 2 years, under normal use.

How does my warranty work and what does it cover?
The warranty covers all of our products excluding labor.

Excluded from the warranty are: damage caused by improper use of the product and normal weather-related damage.
